Cutting Board
A well-made cutting board is a kitchen staple that gets better with use. Our cutting boards are available in both edge grain and end grain — each with its own character and advantages. Add a personal touch with an engraved name, message, or inlay, and you've got a gift that will last for years. Ask us if you'd like help choosing between edge grain and end grain.

Not sure which size is right? Medium (12"× 18") is the everyday workhorse — plenty of room for most prep tasks. Large (16"× 20") is for serious home cooks and makes a statement gift. Both are 1¼" thick in edge grain and 2" thick in end grain. Need something different? Add a note at checkout.
To keep your cutting board in top condition, wash by hand with warm soapy water and dry immediately — never soak or put in the dishwasher. After washing, stand upright to air dry, then store flat once dry. Re-oil periodically with food-grade mineral oil to keep the wood nourished and resistant to moisture. A light coat of beeswax paste over the oil adds extra protection and a beautiful sheen. With regular care, your board will last for generations.
